The class will take place if at least 3 persons will be present. It is then mandatory to book your spot by contact me to participate, and cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

This way we will understand if your goals are in harmony with my teaching style before asking you to commit to at least 5 lessons.

Committing for more than one class means working with continuity, following a common thread and a precise routine that will that will help you get to know your body deeply.

I also offer private classes for small groups (2-3 people) already established, in this way you can decide the day and time. The price for a private group lesson is 50 euros.
